Orders, printing & delivery
The minimum order quantity is 10 units.
Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your printed boxes to be dispatched. For same-day or next-day dispatch, contact us—we can often arrange it depending on order quantity.

Melbourne customers can choose in-store pickup—simply select ‘Pick Up in Store’ at checkout, and we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Printing is limited to the two areas outlined in green on the box diagram on this page.
Yes, absolutely! You can include multiple products in a single order. Please note: if your order includes custom-printed items, all products will be dispatched together once printing is complete. If you need other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
The standard lead time for custom printed boxes is approximately 10 business days from digital proof approval. Please note: production will not begin until the proof has been approved. If you have a tight deadline, feel free to contact us—we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.
